Wii Sports Resort

Wii Sports Resort is an electronic game of sport for the Nintendo Wii. It is the sequel to Wii Sports and was released in 2009. The game is part of the Wii series.

Wii Sports Resort was the first game compatible with Wii MotionPlus. The game takes place on a beach located on the island Wuhu, the same as the Wii Fit game.

It has games available such as: discus throw, jet skiing, sword fighting, aerial sports, cycling, archery, bowling, golf, etc..

The idea of ​​a sequel to Wii Sports was considered long before the release of Wii MotionPlus, but development began only when the new possibilities and Wii Remote movements and were made ​​possible. The game was first revealed at Nintendo's presentation at the Electronic Entertainment Expo 2008.
